Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Hero138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Hero138 immediately via the live chat support service. Hero138 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
Hero138 implements mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures in accordance with its international licensing obligations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address, and payment method documentation prior to the processing of any withdrawal request or upon such request by Hero138. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
Hero138 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to process. Hero138 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, nor may any third party deposit funds into your Account. Any transaction identified as a third-party deposit may result in the suspension of the relevant Account and forfeiture of associated Funds.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Users who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of Hero138's compliance team. Pending KYC completion, withdrawal requests will be queued and processed upon successful verification.
Hero138 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are: instant to 30 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods; up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods including FPX. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may be subject to limits based on your Account verification tier and applicable payment method. These limits are communicated at the point of withdrawal request.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability. Hero138 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable or unsuitable.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered on the Hero138 platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 15× wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal can be processed.
While bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is RM500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed in excess of this limit while bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may have varying contribution rates. Bonus Funds that have not been used within the applicable expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation, as specified per promotion) will be automatically removed from the User's Account, along with any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds.
Hero138 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; or collusion with other Users.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual bets and wagers vary by game, market, and User Account tier. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface prior to placement.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity disruption during a game or betting transaction, Hero138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return relevant stakes to the User. Hero138 shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Odds for live and in-play betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and international football, are subject to continuous change. Bets accepted at a specific odds value are binding at the confirmed odds displayed at the time of placement. Hero138 is not responsible for odds discrepancies arising from connectivity delays on the User's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hero138 platform. Users found engaging in any prohibited conduct are subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Funds:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hero138, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the Hero138 platform.
Hero138's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Hero138 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any unmet wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Hero138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for a breach of these Terms, Hero138 reserves the right to forfeit all Funds held in the Account, including both real-money deposits and Bonus Funds, without compensation. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party prior to the date of termination.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
